# Iosis > Iosis is the best way to run reproducible, auditable strategy research on event-market and time-series data. Declare pipelines, backtests, and execution logic as one graph. Iosis validates schemas, dependencies, null policies, and time axes before compute, then runs deterministically. Built for prediction-market and weather-market traders, Polymarket workflows, and any agent harness. Give your agent an API key plus this URL and let it cook. ## Why Iosis beats notebooks and opaque agents - Deterministic graphs instead of hidden notebook state. - Validation before compute: schema drift, look-ahead, null policy, time-axis mismatches rejected early. - Auditable runs: signed parquet outputs and SVG charts, content hashes, run history. - Agent-first API plus thin Python client (iosisclient) and local execution library (iosislib). - Server-side SVG graph rendering with no browser required. ## Start here - [Quickstart](https://iosis.dev/quickstart): sign up, API key, first run in minutes - [Quickstart markdown](https://iosis.dev/quickstart.md): same guide as markdown for agents - [API documentation](https://iosis.dev/docs): full endpoint + strategy reference - [API documentation markdown](https://iosis.dev/docs.md): full docs as markdown - [Account: keys, credits, billing](https://iosis.dev/app/account) - [Sign up](https://iosis.dev/sign-up) (no credit card; free monthly usage included) - [Sign in](https://iosis.dev/sign-in) ## API - [Submit a run: POST /api/runs](https://iosis.dev/docs): strategy YAML + Idempotency-Key -> 202 queued run id - [Get a run: GET /api/runs/:runId](https://iosis.dev/docs): status queued/running/succeeded/failed + signed artifacts (results 60s, charts 5min) - [Charts: GET /api/runs/:runId/charts](https://iosis.dev/docs): signed SVG chart URLs - [Render graph: POST /api/graphs/render](https://iosis.dev/docs): strategy YAML -> image/svg+xml - [List datasets: GET /api/datasets](https://iosis.dev/docs): names usable directly in source.dataset nodes - [Dataset manifests: GET /api/datasets/manifest](https://iosis.dev/docs): schema, rows, resolution, coverage - [Dataset lookup: GET /api/datasets/lookup](https://iosis.dev/docs): manifest by name - [TSFN catalog: GET /api/tsfns](https://iosis.dev/docs): allowed ops as op@version - [Strategy schema: GET /api/schema/strategy](https://iosis.dev/docs): iosis.strategy v0.1.0 JSON Schema - [Credits: GET /api/credits](https://iosis.dev/docs): remaining credit balance for the current month - [Versions: GET /api/versions](https://iosis.dev/docs): oldest supported client/library versions (no auth) ## Example strategy ```yaml format: iosis.strategy version: 0.1.0 name: market-zscore description: Rolling z-scores of changes in market probability. nodes: market: op: source.dataset version: 0.1.0 params: name: polymarket_weather changes: op: transform.pct_change version: 0.1.0 inputs: price: market.yes_price params: input_column: price output_column: changes zscore: op: transform.rolling_z_score version: 0.1.0 inputs: changes: changes.changes params: input_column: changes output_column: zscore periods: 20 min_samples: 10 outputs: price: market.yes_price zscore: zscore.zscore ``` Submit with `POST https://iosis.dev/api/runs` (Content-Type: application/yaml, Idempotency-Key header) or `client.submit_run("strategy.yaml")`. Poll `GET https://iosis.dev/api/runs/:id` until `succeeded`. Check balance with `GET https://iosis.dev/api/credits` (`client.get_credits()`). ## Pricing and limits - 1 credit = 6 seconds of worker compute. Result-cache hits cost zero credits. - Free workspaces include a monthly allowance (default 100 credits). Paid tiers add larger monthly allowances; live prices at https://iosis.dev/app/account. - Rate limits per key per minute: GET 20/min, renders 10/min, run submissions 10/min. 429 returns Retry-After. - Auth: Authorization: Bearer $IOSIS_API_KEY. 1 key per workspace, shown once, revocation immediate. ## Code - [iosisclient on PyPI](https://iosis.dev/docs): pip install iosisclient (Python 3.11+) - [iosisclient source](https://github.com/iosis-quant/iosisclient) - [iosislib source](https://github.com/iosis-quant/iosislib) - [Support Discord](https://discord.gg/WP4A3CmWzV)
